Are you able to print logos and artwork onto garments as well as embroider them?
Yes, we offer both options. We can either print or embroider and are happy to advise on which branding method would work best for you.
I only need to order a few items, is that going to be ok?
This will be fine. We have no minimum order quantity.
Is it easy to order more of an item in a few months’ time?
That is no problem. We have all the details of your previous orders on file, including the artwork. It is straight forward for us to process a repeat order.
I have no idea what garments I need to order for my team?
Do not worry. We are here to help and advise you on what garments would work best for you and your team. We are happy come and visit you onsite to find out more about your business and your requirements. From this we can put together a uniform solution that is fit for purpose and aligns with your brand.
Do you offer a broad range of colours?
We have many product styles that come in multiple colours. We can offer data sheets and fabric swatches so you can look at the colour range available. If you are looking for a particular colour that is part of your brand we will advise on the products that are most suitable.
Can I mix the colours of a particular product in one order?
It is not a problem to mix the colours in any order.
If I do have a mix of colours in an order, does that effect how the garment will get decorated?
If an order has a mixture of colours we may have to adjust the decoration colours. The changes we make will depend on the colour of the chosen garments and we would always discuss this with you prior to production.
For example, if you have an order with a mix of both dark and light-coloured items, we may have to stitch the logo in white thread (or an appropriate lighter colour) on to a darker coloured product and use dark coloured thread on a lighter coloured item. Please note, there are no extra charges for changing the colours of the thread when stitching.
If I am having my garments embroidered and it is the first time I have ordered with you, will I get to see what it looks like before it gets stitched onto the garments themselves?
On new orders, we run a stitched sample of the logo which is supplied for your approval before we proceed to production.
Would I be able to see the garments before I decide to order?
We have samples available, and we are more than happy to come and visit you onsite with these so you can see and feel products before deciding to buy.
I am not sure what size I will need to order?
This is not a problem. We can provide size charts for all our product range. Plus, we have a good selection of product samples that you can have a look at. And, if need be, we can request a sample of a relevant product in a specific size from our suppliers.
